Up and logging in two minutes
1. Buy your logbook
Choose the logbook for your licensing authority and check out. It is a one-time payment.
2. Download the file
Your download link appears straight after checkout and in your order confirmation email. Save the file somewhere you will remember, such as your Documents folder or a cloud drive.
3. Open it in your browser
Double-click the file. It opens in Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox on Mac, Windows, Linux or iPad. No installation, no sign-up and no internet connection needed.
4. Add your flights
Press Log flight to add an entry: date, aircraft, registration, route, block times, PIC or dual time, night, IFR and landings. Simulator sessions have their own form. Your totals and the flight-time chart update as you go.
5. Save the file
Press Save file. Your browser downloads an updated copy of the logbook with all your entries stored inside it. Replace your old file with the new one. That file is your logbook.
6. Back it up
Keep a copy in iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox or on a USB stick. You can also export a CSV or a JSON backup at any time from the Logbook page.
Printing
Use Print layout to size the columns once, then print or save as PDF. Page totals and totals brought forward are added for you, ready to sign.
