About

Built by a pilot, for pilots

X Test Pilot started with a simple problem: a logbook should last as long as a flying career, but most digital logbooks are rented by the month. Stop paying and your records go read-only, or disappear behind a login.

So we built the opposite. An X Test Pilot logbook is a single file that you own. It runs in your web browser, works completely offline and keeps every flight inside the file itself. There is no account to create, no server holding your data and no subscription. You pay once and it is yours.

What we care about

  • Ownership. Your flying history belongs to you. Copy the file, back it up anywhere and export to CSV whenever you like.
  • Privacy. Nothing leaves your device. We never see your flights.
  • Clarity. Totals, currency and a cumulative flight-time chart on one clean screen, with proper printable logbook pages when an examiner or employer asks for them.

Logbooks for your country

Pilots fly under different authorities, so each logbook is labelled for where you fly: the FAA, EASA, Transport Canada, CASA, CAA New Zealand, SACAA, DGCA India, JCAB, Hong Kong CAD and CAAV Vietnam.
